Lee Bienstock
Lee Bienstock is CEO of DocGo. Previously, Mr. Bienstock served as the company's President and Chief Operating Officer responsible for driving strategic expansion and growth across DocGo's sales, operations, product and technology initiatives. He joined DocGo in 2022 after ten years at Google, where he most recently served as Global Head of Enterprise Partnerships for Devices and Services. Mr. Bienstock received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his BS in Policy Analysis & Management with distinction from Cornell University.
Norman Rosenberg
Mr. Rosenberg joined the company as CFO of Ambulnz Holdings, LLC in January 2020 and became CFO of DocGo Inc. in January 2023. He was named Treasurer in September 2023. Prior to Ambulnz, he spent five years at AmTrust Financial, Inc. in leadership roles including president of their direct-to-consumer division and CFO of fee companies. He has served as CFO for KDDI Global, Marsh, Inc., and IDT Telecom. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds an MS from Johns Hopkins University.
Stephen Sugrue
Stephen Sugrue serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for DocGo and oversees Compliance and Ethics functions throughout the company. Before joining DocGo, he served for 15 years as Compliance Officer and Compliance Counsel for large health systems. He has also worked as an EMT, Paramedic, Director of Operations for a large ambulance company, and as a critical care RN.
Ely D. Tendler
Ely Tendler serves as General Counsel of DocGo and has held the position since 2015. He is Principal of Ely D. Tendler Strategic and Legal Services and brings over 25 years of legal, transactional, operational, and managerial experience. He previously served in senior legal and executive roles including Special Counsel and interim General Counsel for Oscar Insurance and Chief Legal Officer for IDT Telecom and IDT Corporation. He holds a Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School.
