BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Stephen K. Klasko, M.D., M.B.A.

Chairman

Dr. Stephen Klasko serves as independent, non-executive Chair of the Board of Directors of DocGo, a position he has held since October 2024. His career combines academic and entrepreneurial leadership roles, including university president, CEO of health systems, and dean of two medical colleges. For eight years he led a rapid expansion of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia as its president, and of Jefferson Health as its CEO. Jefferson Health is now the largest provider of hospital services in Greater Philadelphia. More recently, he has served as Executive in Residence for General Catalyst, North American Ambassador for Sheba Medical Center, and Chief Medical Officer of Abundant Venture Partners. He is the lead independent director for Teleflex (NYSE:TFX), a multi-billion dollar medical device company. In 2022, he was appointed to serve on the National Board for Education Sciences.

Lee Bienstock

Director; Chief Executive Officer

Lee Bienstock is CEO of DocGo. Previously, Mr. Bienstock served as the company's President and Chief Operating Officer responsible for driving strategic expansion and growth across DocGo's sales, operations, product and technology initiatives. He joined DocGo in 2022 after ten years at Google, where he most recently served as Global Head of Enterprise Partnerships for Devices and Services, following roles across Google Search, YouTube, and Fiber. Mr. Bienstock received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his BS in Policy Analysis & Management with distinction from Cornell University.

Ely D. Tendler

Director; General Counsel and Secretary

Ely Tendler is currently a member of the board of directors of DocGo and serves as its General Counsel, a position he has held since 2015. Mr. Tendler is Principal of Ely D. Tendler Strategic and Legal Services and has over 25 years of experience as an attorney, combining the law with extensive transactional, operational, and managerial experience. In addition to DocGo and his private practice, Mr. Tendler has held various senior legal and executive positions including as Special Counsel and interim General Counsel for Oscar Insurance from 2013 to 2017, Managing Member of the Olympia Group from 2008 to 2018, and General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer for IDT Telecom and IDT Corporation from 2003 to 2008. Earlier, Mr. Tendler was an Associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, involved with over $50 billion of mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings. He holds a Juris Doctorate in Law from Yale Law School.

Ira Smedra

Director

Ira Smedra is currently a member of the board of directors of DocGo, a position which he has held since 2005. Mr. Smedra is a founder and president of the ARBA Group. Since 1971, the ARBA Group and its affiliates have developed, managed, and owned a portfolio of real estate including retail, multifamily, and healthcare properties in 18 states. The retail properties consist of approximately two million square feet of space. The multifamily properties have approximately 4,000 units located across five states. The healthcare portfolio includes more than 200 skilled nursing facilities located in eight states along with two acute care hospitals. Mr. Smedra holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

James M. Travers

Director

Jim Travers has over 30 years of industry experience building and leading multinational companies selling and marketing high technology products and services. Most recently as Executive Director and Chairman of Motion Acquisition Corporation (MOTN/NASDAQ). He has successfully led as Chairman/CEO two publicly traded global software companies (FLTX/NYSE, HRBC/NASDAQ). He also is a private investor and board member in several emerging software technology companies. Earlier in his career he had a successful 20-year career with Texas Instruments Inc. (TXN/NYSE). Mr. Travers holds a BA degree from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas.

Michael Burdiek

Director

Mr. Burdiek has served as a member of the DocGo Board since November 2021. He previously served as Motion's Chief Executive Officer until the business combination with Ambulnz, Inc. closed on November 5, 2021, at which point Motion changed its name to DocGo Inc. Mr. Burdiek served as President, Chief Executive Officer and director of CalAmp (Nasdaq: CAMP) from 2011 to March 2020. Earlier in his career, he held executive roles at Telenetics Corporation and Comarco, Inc., and began his career as a design engineer with Hughes Aircraft Company. He currently serves on the board of directors of Five9, Inc. (Nasdaq: FIVN) and IntelliShift. Mr. Burdiek earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University and his M.B.A. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton.

Vina Leite

Director

Ms. Leite currently serves as Chief People Officer at GoodRx (Nasdaq: GDRX). Prior to GoodRx, she served as Chief People Officer at The Trade Desk (Nasdaq: TTD). Earlier in her career, she held senior HR leadership roles at Cylance, Qlogic, EMC, and UNICOM. In addition to DocGo, she serves on the boards of JAMF (Nasdaq: JAMF) and AHEAD. Ms. Leite received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rhode Island College and her Master of Science in Organizational Management from Capella University. She also holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Roger Williams University.
